You may attend the sale and bid in person or we will bid for you through our absentee bid process. To participate in the absentee bid process please determine the maximum price you are willing to pay for an item and let us know either by phone {651 770-6175} or FAX {651 770-6906} (a credit card number is required to secure bids). Let us know the lot number, item description, quantity and maximum price for each lot you wish to bid on and we will competitively bid for you up to the maximum you specify, making it possible for you to get an item for less than your maximum, but guaranteeing you can't pay more than the price you specify. In the event of tie absentee bids the earliest submitted bid wins.

$12.50-$25.00=$2.50

$30.00-$50.00=$5.00

$60.00-$200.00=$10.00

$225.00-$500.00=$25.00

$5,000.00 and up=$500.00

There is a $1.00 service charge added for each item purchased with a successful absentee bid.

Any stone gradings and conditions are not guaranteed.
All weights are for the entire piece including all stones and workings.
All watches are sold as/is.
Luther Auctions does not guarantee any information contained in outside appraisals.
Items marked as tested gold are not marked but have been tested for gold content.
If an item must be returned because it is not as cataloged (i.e.. gold content, diamond, etc) Luther Auctions must be notified within 5 business of the auction date. After that all sales are final. No returns can be made on any piece that has been altered.
